The Minerva framework agreement is estimated to be worth £30m and it is designed to support of 23 Police forces using their ‘NicheRMS’ primary records management system.  The objective is for each NicheRMS force to get support and access to the best technology available, via this framework.

Police ICT issued a tender for Minerva Consultancy support, to work towards our Police forces using safe and secure technology to gain access to ‘high quality intelligence and operational information’,  ensuring ‘information flows freely between police forces’, simplifying collaboration with greater value for money.  There ideally should be 6 or 7 hubs of NicheRMS forces around the UK.

Pamela Cook explains “Infoshare are pleased to be on this framework agreement, having successfully deployed data quality solutions at a number of Forces already. This is excellent recognition of our previous successes and the realisation that data quality solutions do not need to cost the earth. Lincolnshire Police have led the way in creating a hub for 7 forces already and the benefits have been proven and evidenced time and time again. We are looking forward to sharing our expertise and working with Minerva and Police ICT”
